What is the process for me to sell you my house?
The first step is to complete the Sellers Contact form (found by clicking the “Get An Offer!” button on our Home Page). Once you have submitted the form, one of our experts will contact you to get additional information and answer any questions you may have. With all the necessary information in hand, our team will begin to work on an analysis of your house to determine our fair, cash offer. You are under no obligation to accept our offer. We will, of course, be happy to answer any questions you have about the offer we present.
What if you don't buy my house? Then what can I do?
We will always do our best to help, but we know that our solutions do not work for everyone. In the case that we can’t make you an offer or you do not accept our offer, we still want to help. We will be more than happy to reach out to our network of specialists who may be able to help. At the very least, we will try and connect you with resources. In any case, your information and situation will be treated with the utmost sensitivity.
